SubSnap gives you a free audit of the recurring charges in your bank or card statement. This page explains what we collect when you use getsubsnap.com — including the statement screenshot you choose to upload — and how we handle it.

What we collect

The screenshot(s) of your statement that you choose to upload, and the email address you give us so we can send your report — both collected through our form provider, Tally.
Standard device and usage data when you visit the site, via cookies and the Meta (Facebook) pixel — for example pages viewed and whether you submitted the form.

How we use it

To read the charges in your screenshot — using automated and AI-based tools — and email you a report of the recurring charges, free-trial traps, and price changes we find.
To use your email only to send that report and occasional updates about SubSnap.
To measure and improve our advertising (e.g., which ads led to a submission, via the Meta pixel).

How we handle your screenshot

Your screenshot is stored securely by Tally and used only to produce your report.
You control what's in it — crop or hide anything you don't want to share. We only need the list of charges, not full account numbers.
We delete uploaded screenshots after we've sent your report, and in any case within 30 days.

What we do not do

We never ask for your bank login or any account credentials, and we never connect to your bank.
We do not access, move, or manage your money.
We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run SubSnap and process data on our behalf: Tally (form capture & secure file storage), automated/AI tools we use to read the charges in your screenshot, Meta / Facebook (advertising & analytics pixel), and Netlify (hosting).

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your data — including your email and any screenshot you uploaded — at any time by contacting us at contact@clcollaborations.com. You can also unsubscribe from updates at any time.
